Machinery Vibration Analysis

Dynamic Balancing in Site
The ultimate goal in any piece of equipment is to have its operating free of any vibration while running smoothly for a long time. It is beneficial to seek to balance the equipment (in site) to the greatest extent possible based on portable balancer instead of using balancing machines which require higher cost and larger breakdown time.

Shaft/Pulley Laser Alignment
Incorrectly aligned shafts/Pulley and the consequences of this are behind more than 50% of all malfunctions in rotating machines. This increases unscheduled downtime and therefore production losses. In addition, misaligned shafts increase vibrations and friction, which can increase the energy consumption considerably and cause premature bearing and seal damage. The equipment has to be accurately aligned based on laser device.
Belt Tension Measurements
The customer needed a solution enabling rapid maintenance of pulley/belt component in order to ensure reliable monitoring of belt tension to prevent it breaking and therefore reduce production costs. Highly tensioned belt has a significant effect on bearing life time and highly loosed belt reduces the life time of its life time. Belt tension meter is used to adjust the desired belt tension force for new and in-service belts.
Oil Analysis Tests
